Default problemsls w/ caliper bracket

i got my car a few months ago and obvisously the person before didn't give a **** about it looks like it never got maintained. so anyways i was going to o'reillys to get my rotors turned and put some new pads. everytime i get to the caliper mounting bracket i could not get the bolts off! the most frustrating thing ever for about 2 hrs. i tried deep creep,wd40 nothing. anybody got any suggestions i hate paying for something so simple to do.

heat up the bolts, it will melt the locktight. That should make them easier to get loose

The heat is used to melt the lock tight. The lock tight is the reason that the bolt is so hard to come out. Or just use an impact.
