Default tubular K-frames with arms... Sphon or UMI???

debating hopping on the byunspeed sale...

i have no expierecne with these k members so im looking for some feedback and advice

i have Spohn LCA's (adjustable, combo ends, chrome moly) and they're parts are impeckable... so im leaking towards the Spohn K w. upper & lower arms

is the UMI any better or lighter? from the pics the designs do look different though...

feedback please

what makes more sense to you, losing more weight? or having a more structurally sound k-member to hold your **** together?

a few pounds isn't going to matter, in all honesty, so I say go with the UMI.

both K-Members are lighter than stock, however, UMI's weighs a few pounds more than the Spohn, but from a construction standpoint, far more solid and reliable

From what I understand, Demon is right. The UMI is a beefier piece, due to 2 crossmembers as opposed to Spohn's 1. I know I'm going with the UMI because 3 pounds isn't worth the structural integrity of the component holding my motor in place.
