Tq Arm normally break because the bolts back out and let the TQ Arm flex back and forth on the thin part of the metal where it mounts to the rear end. With any aftermarket TQ Arm and a lowered car, Be ready for the BFH (Big ******* Hammer) mod on your car's tunnle.

If your planning to lower your car, then you won't need an adjustable torque arm. However you may want to consider getting an adjustable panhard bar and lower control arm relocation brackets to help recenter your rear end, and adjust the position (geometry) of your lower control arms since you'll be changing the ride hieght of your car.
