Are these the ones that won't bind?

Those will eliminate a considerable amount of bind and are a common choice for people wanting a good balance of traction, handling, and driveability/comfort.

If handling is a high priority and you don't mind a little additional noise and vibration you might want to consider dual rod ended LCA's like these.

I have never run a poly/rod combo so I can't speak from experience but many people seemed to be happy with them. They don't transmit as much NVH as dual rod ends but still allow the rear end to travel, for the most part. Now how much difference there is between poly/rod and rod/rod I honestly couldn't say, as far as bind is concerned.

Like I said, on the other hand, if handling is a major concern and you are a little tolerant, dual rod ends are the best solution. In my opinoin the little extra road noise is worth the improved handling.
