rotor install ?
i just installed new rotors and my pads are rubbing. is there something i missed like resetting the pads or something. i just pulled the two bolts holding the caliper, pulled the caliper and reassembled with the new parts.

When you say rubbing, do you mean they are touching the rotor with no stopping force? That's normal.
Did you clean and regrease the caliper pins though? Sometimes they get seized in some peoples' cars if ignored.

ok i just pushed back the pads with a clamp and opened up the bleed valve while doing it and everything is good. they're still touching but just barely, i guess it's allowable. thanks guys.

Its very important to OPEN THE BLEEDER WHEN PUSHING THE CALIPER PISTON BACK IN. If you dont open it, you push old, dirty fluid back into your brake system. This is a BIG no,no for your ABS!!!!
