how do you properly adjust lca's? they're already on the car, now do i want to extend or shorten them, or should i take a bolt out with it at ride hight and just align the hole up perfectly?

You really should not have to adj the LCAs when lowering. Adj the PHB and the Relocation Brackets will help when lowered. Adj LCAs help when running a bigger tire etc.
