Torque Arm Question
Torque Arm Question My cousin is going to put on a BMR Xtreme like the one I have, but he wants the umi 3pt subframes, what we are wondering is if anybody knows if this will work or can find out if you can use the umi torque arm brace for the bmr torque arm. maybe someone can chime in with the measurements from rear end bolt to the tunnel mount bolt. Thanks
From what I have seen the Xtreme torque arms weld onto 2 pt. subframe connectors. If you get a torque arm that bolts on where the crossmember does than 3 pt. subframe connectors will work well with the torque arm

The best thing to do if you want to run our 3-Point SFC's is purchase a tunnel mounted torque arm that bolts onto them. If you want something more extreme just add the Chrome Moly option, this arm is lighter and features 100% TIG welding. This set-up is designed for high HP cars and will work excellent. The 3-Point SFC's are designed to be bolted under the torque arm to reduce the stress a tunnel mounted arm would apply to the floor of the vehicle.
