i have ground control spring in my car now. will changing the front to QA1's road course setup (325lb spring in front) be worth while? anybody have this setup wanna give me the ups and downs, thanks. already , but no luck

The short answer is, you'd be crazy. Even if you have stock shocks in the car (not good), IMHO you are better of with those than the QA1's for handling use--they aren't good handling shocks (or riding shocks). And the "handling" setup is a joke anyway. 325, stock springs on a V-8 car are 295-310 or so.

I can't say how good or bad what you have is. GC tends to send out kits that are borderline front springs rates for any real amount of drop and too stiff springs in the back. And if you don't have decent shocks, starting there (Revalved Bilstein's or Koni's) would be the place to start.
