Default C5 brake conversion, uneven pad wear ???

Did the C5 conversion on my camaro, and am running hawk HPS up front. My brakes started to squel and I pulled the tires off to check. Both of the inside pads are almost completely worn and both outside pads are relatively fresh. What would cause the inside pads to wear like this?
Any ideas?
thanks!!!

did u replace all the brake hardware? Usually that means the slider pins are stuck so the piston ends up just pushing on the inside pad instead of pulling the outside as it pushes.

Did you lube the pins that slide in/out?

All of the hardware was replaced. I lubed the pins up very well when installing them. I guess I should go and confirm they are not binding though.
