Can u run the Bilstein HD's with the Hotchkis springs?

You need to get Bilstein HD revalves with the Hotckis springs. This is the exact set up I went with my car after taking to Sam Strano. I don't have my 402 done yet so I can not give you any feed back on how it rides/looks, but call sam and he will take care of you.

Hang on now....

He can run that setup. Of course while Hotchkis says it's fine, Bilstein states very plainly that HD's are not suitable for lowering springs. And to futher clear things up, he's assuming a few facts not in evidence.

Assumption: SLP runs 1" lowering springs on HD's.
Reality: SLP shocks are not off the shelf HD's, but a tweaked production version for SLP springs. Which are not 1" drop, or as stiff as the Hotchkis springs.

Revalves are my offering what amounts to a "Bilstein Sport" shock that for whatever reason Bilstein never offered. I go one step beyond by doing different valvings for each car (depending on use, springs, what the owner is looking for, etc.).

Again... you *can* use HD's with Hotchkis. You could run a 275 on an 11" wheel too.
