Default Suspension overhaul for 1994 V6? Eibach pro-kit, SLP Bilstein?

I'm going to overhaul my suspension after 174,000 mi.

I'm looking at the Eibach Prokit for springs. My dad installed that kit on his 2000SS, I liked it. What's the difference between the kit sold for a V6 vs. a V8s?

What shocks should I use with the Prokit? I hear a lot about SLP Bilstein?

I'm also looking at the Eibach anti-roll kit. What other bushing and other suspension components do I need to be aware of? Steering rack?

What do you recommend for alignment? I'm thinking about trying an AutoX, I have formula car and kart racing experience. But this is primarily my commuter. Thanks.
