will c5 calipers mount up with out any modifications (sp) ?

Nope, check out these guys for very affordable 'vette swap conversions for our cars: <Non-Sponsor Link Removed>

I've bolted on two setups from them on my '97 T/A & '98 SS. Their base kit is $490 (I don't think they have it on their website so e-mail them if interested).

I got the Wilwood 6-piston setup with the 13" 2-pc rotors and okay, folks say that it's not necessary for a street car, but DYAAM my car stops ridiculously well now.

I have the Wilwood brakes on my Z28. They were a nice upgrade to the stock brakes for sure. They are more then adequate for street use and occassional playing...

I paid $30.00 extra to get them powdercoated red.

I went for the 13" rotors so they could fit in my 17" Z06 fronts...
