Default Spohn Adjustable Lower Control Arms?

I just put a set of Spohn Adjustable Lower Control Arms on my Trans Am...and I was wondering...what to set the adjustment at, becuase the ride feels different, and not in a good way...the whole car just doesn't feel right now....and when I installed them I made the the lengths of the stock control arms, and then just torqued them down like a turn....

19.25 is the factory lenght between the rear end bolt and the body bolt. so something close to that.
