Default Best Combo PAd/Rotor for budget

I have around $2-300 to spend to replace my front brakes (rotors/pad) right now. Can some of you guys give suggestion on what combo pads/rotors I should or can get in that Price range. Can go over some.

Hawk HPS and Brembo rotors are $209 + shipping. I'd recommend them since that's what's currently on my own car. I sell other stuff too, and PBR pads save you about $15 and work very much the same way, with just a bit more bedding in required.

Definetly would recommend this package from sam. Switched my front rotors and pads over to this combo a couple weeks ago and would recomend. Gone are the insane vibrations from my old rotors. Any other questions pm me.

Power slot rotors are a good way to go too. I've had mine on for 3 years and maybe 60,000 miles and finally had them turned last month when a little vibration started to develop.

Or you can get the Autozone rotors for even cheaper than the Brembos(AZ rotors have less quality, but they work OK), if you are on a REALLY tight budget, like me

I would go with Sam's suggestion, since they are well within your budget. The Brembo rotors have long had a good reputation for quality, and I currently use the Hawk pads and have been extremely pleased with their stopping power. JMO.

That's what is on the car now and I hate them....well them or the pads or both, but either way I am staying away from both of them.

This is what I was looking at after reading around, so you confirmed it for me. Thanks.

It's probably the pads that suck.
