It was an optional suspension package that included firmer springs & shocks, larger sway bars, and stiffer rubber bushings in the LCAs and PHB (I think PHB too). If the car is equipped with it, the code "1LE' will be listed in the option code list on the divers door.

1le is the same as a ws6 and ss for the 98 and 99...less the lca and front control arm bushings and most important koni double adjust..... by 00 gm was running out of 1le parts (i.e. 1le springs) and subed regular parts..... in other words if you have a 98 99 ws6/ ss and you do the control arms and add konis you have a repo of the 1le
