installing BMR boxed SFC??

installing BMR boxed SFC?? i just recived my BMR boxed SFC,
i will be lowering my car later and put some BMR LCA with relocation brackets,
so, should i install the SFC first and then lower the car, or should i do both at the same time?
if i install the SFC first, can i put bolt in LCA reloc brackets later?
any more advice is appreciated...
