look for part number for threaded sleeve

threaded sleeve that the caliper bolt attaches to and has flattened sides that a 16mm wrench will fit on it...

If not...the dealer will have the part and may give you the number...it's a GM number and won't do much good elsewhere (with out a cross reference book). Good luck!
