LCA Reloc Bracket Question

LCA Reloc Bracket Question I started my relocation brackets last night but I have a question, ok 2 
, 1) I have Hotchkis 1" lowering springs & UMI n/a lca's, should I use the top hole since it is lowered only 1-1.5"? (not slammed) 2) should I set the car down & then really tighten everything down, that way it sits regular like it does everyday? Thanks for your help.
ps: 95% street driving, 5% drag strip, when I actually get to drive it
