Can't vouch for the F-Body bc it was on when I got it but when I put a front and back one on my eclipse it made a HUGE difference. That was the only suspension mods I did to it and I loved how it handles after taht. I agree on the sway abrs making a bigger difference but for the price of one it doesn't hurt. Especially if you drive it on the street, if not really don't bother. Does add to the underhood looks too!

the ONLY s.t.b. you should buy is the 3 point edelbrock that bolts to the firewall also, UNBELIEVABLE improvement. i had it off and went into a turn and almost lost control because it was so sloppy. 3 point s.t.b. all the way

Settled it down.

But whether this made a dime's worth of difference to actual handling
is another question, and one I can't really answer because I have no
way of quantifying. I preferred the feeling of tightness it added, but
that's all I can really tell you.

Then I put the K-member and the front got all floppy again.
I have a very similar sound. When I turn right at high speeds I have a very strange vibration/woggle noise coming from what seems to be the front end. I have brand new power steering, new ball joints, new srpings and shocks and a new sway bar. the only thing left I could think it would be, would be a hub/bearing.

I noticed a difference with vs. without. I also "run" the local canyon roads around here and stress the chassis into different directions every other second. It really helped tie in the front suspension for my application.
