Set your pinion angle at 0 degrees, the yoke on the Moser doesn't react real good at those negative degrees.

Also a BIG contribute to this is your polyurethane mounts, especially the trans mount. If you want try putting the stock rubber one back in just to see the difference.

Hope that helps,
Ryan

That's positive pinion angle. Take the angle meter, place it on the bottom of the rear end pumpkin and adjust it until it's -2 degrees. The front (pinion side) of the rear end pumpkin should face slightly downward.

I had a new stock mount in it. I changed it back to the poly mount last night because it's thicker than the stock mount. I also added some shims to raise the rear of the trans even more. It actually reduced the vibration quite a bit. I am going to adjust the pinion angle even more and I think that should completely get rid of the vibration. Thanks for the help everyone!

Its the Poly Trans Mount you put it.

I had one put in on my car. Then my car started vibrating really really bad. I took the aftermarket trans mount out...and put my OEM one back in...and it was fine.

Theres always a sacrifice when you mod. Usually the better the handling and suspension, the worse the ride quality....unless you have a Ferrari that is.

well i got mine on the rack today
my d/s is -1.5* (from the trans it goes down ward)
now i set my rear 1-2* upwards positive

so my d/s angle of -1.5 add my rear angle of 1-2* and my pinion angle is about 1* positive?

and my pass ride lca was about 1 turn shorter then the other side. i still have some vibes but some is gone

I forgot to check my LCA lengths when I got them from UMI. They suppose to come factory length right? Side to side im pretty sure is about dead on I measured that once and my wheel gap is exactly the same on both sides.

Please reread my posts, I already covered this multiple times.

Front of the rear needs to face slightly downward.

No,If your pinion is at 0* you are actually at -1.5* of driveline angle.

so i would need my rear to go up 1.5* to be at 0*
or should i put a washer between the crossmember and body to make the rear of the trans come down

guys, it's not that hard to PROPERLY adjust your pinion angle so that you have roughly a 0° -driveline- angle, which is the correct way to set it up for no vibrations related to incorrect driveline angles.

I think I may have bad tires. I jacked the car up a few inches and put it in gear. The rear tires were wobbling quite a bit. The wheels were straight, but the tires were wobbling all over. Going to replace those and see if it cures my vibration.

I have the same issue with Moser 12 bolt and adjustable TA set at only -1 except it is at 100 MPH+. I think I will just adjust for zero, the Spohn arm solved my wheel hop issue, maybe it won't hop at zero either and the vibration will also stop.
