Don't worry about getting 1LE sway bars, just upgrade to a 35mm/21-22mm combo.
Strano Parts sells a 35/22 hollow combo for about $400.
ST sells a 35mm solid bar for $126 and you could try to find a 21mm used bar off of a thirdgen camaro/firebird or a 93 1LE camaro. This is what I did and saved a lot of money
