Is this an adjustible arm? ...if yes, can't you increase or decrease the total lenght of the unit to get the holes to align?

its not that it is too long or too short, its like the bushing is too fat for the clamshell to thread the bolt into the hole

I just fought this the other day. Is the mount backwards in the clam shell? (torque arm going into the wrong side of the mount) Are you doing this with the car off the ground? Try getting it closed without the torque arm in there so you can really see whats going on without fighting the arm. Just my .02

the bushing might be in the wrong direction. try turning it 180 degrees.

i think it only fits in there one way, and yes the car is off the ground. I try to get it in the "inside" of the clamshell (the side thats fixed on) then attach the other side and try but no luck, im going to try to get the bushing loosely locked in there tommorow then try sliding hte tq arm in... anyone that has done this before please give me some insight!!

BOA did u ever come to a solution?
