Default steering rack leaks

from the middle i think...the boot on the drivers side always has fluid on it when i get under it...its crimpled(the boot/cover whatever it is.....can you remove that and the outter tie rod and replace something inside or do i need a whole new rack? anyone got the info i need? any special tools needed to take the rack apart?

the fluid is on part 10 dont know if you can take it all aprrt and replace something or is it more practical to replace the whole rack...then pay to get a front end alignment

They used to rebuild them, but now our racks are so cheap most people just replace.
