slopppy wheel - too much play

Default slopppy wheel - too much play

How do I fix that fact the car has ALOT of play in the steering wheel? I can make a 1/8 turn on the wheel witout it evening moving, 1/4 turn barely catches!!! What causes this and what can be done to fix it

I had this problem, the car would crab walk while driving too, I went to do my springs and found that my power steering rack was handtight... tightened it up and it drives perfect, might wanna check that
