Default Shocks are shot..

Ok, so my shocks are on their way out. I'm looking for new ones, and not sure what would be best. I think I'm leaning towards the SLP Bilsteins at the moment. Seems like a good deal.

My budget is pretty limited (college kid moving out soon). My car's a DD and I like to drive pretty spirited, be it corners or straight aways. Maybe some passes at the 1320, but not really going for super low times at the moment. Mainly just something reliable till I pay it off (~5 years) and get some real mods. I'd like to keep the stock springs too, if that influences any decisions.

What would you suggest?

#1 - Do a search, don't be lazy.

#2 - What is your budget?

#3 - Do you ever plan on lowering?

bang for buck on stock springs - order the Bilstein HDs from Sam
lowered budget - order Sam's revalved Bilsteins
Do it right, stock or lowered (wish I had) - Konis
