What adj. shock setting is same as stock shocks?

What adj. shock setting is same as stock shocks? My car has stock shocks on it with 70k miles just wondering when i buy some adj shocks i think im goin with strange brand, about what setting would be the same as my stocks ones are now?

Hopefully none, because the stock ones are not that good when new & really suck after 70K miles.
If you are drag racing the Strange should be OK. Do not plan on using these for handling.
Start on the middle setting & experiment until it works the best for you & your driving style.
