I have 315 GS-D3's and just did some BFH.

I am at stock ride height in the rear though.

My LT1 has 17x11 TTIIs with 315 Sumis. It's lowered with a Pro-Kit and I also did the heater hose mod. I had to roll the lips and I also replaced the bump stops(the stock ones were gone). I took the bump stops off my CETA and used spacer and I haven't had a single problem with it

How about the fronts on a non-lowered car w/315s?

What offset is needed in front?

With a 36mm in the front, you wouldn't need spacers. But you will stick out a bit more and will have rubbing issues with the fender. Check out what Jon A did on that blue LT1 above. There's some threads on on it. Send me a PM if you want and I can try to locate them for you.

With a 50mm in the front, you will need a spacer. If you grind the nub off the spindle then you won't need as big of a spacer. Grinding the nub off was pretty easy, so I did that and added a 5/16 inch spacer (hubcentric) and used longer ARP wheel studs

Bryan:

OK thanks... I sent AFS an e-mail earlier - no responce yet.

I'm looking for two ZR1 17x11 silver wheels in 36 offset.

My number is 914.428.9439; my e-mail is robertbartsch@kpmg.com

If you know anyone over there that could locate these wheels it would be appreciated.

Thanks...

335 gsd3's on 17x11= very VERY close, rolled lips, BFH mod, panhard rod, Removed bump stops, lowered, and daily driven. but i love the stance and hooks ok so they are staying. sitting about an 1/8 of an inch between tire and the rectangular LCA's

Wow, everyone seems to have overlooked that he is talking about rubbing under acceleration. It would seem you are running a very soft spring combined with soft shocks. Hard acceration should not cause the rear to drop that much. What are your spring rates and what shock are you running?

I'm not sure what he meant by fender welds so I assumed he was rubbing on the outer fenders, which you can solve by rolling the fenders or doing something to provide clearance in some way.

315/35ZR17 Nitto Drag Radials on 17x10.5 TT M's

Car is lowering with the Eibach Sportline kit (WHICH I HATE!!!!) and does not hit anywhere. It has an adj panhard rod and torque arm.

I tried my slicks and that was just ugly, OH well, this spring it will be getting the Strano/Koni Combo.

Those Torque Thrust wheels have a perfect offset. Too bad there wasn't any Zr1 wheels with that offset

I found 11x17 x36 offset zr1 silver wheels at two vendors; apparently, they are not rare.
