Default my brakes stuck on

yeah, so today while driving my brakes somehow stuck on a bit, heated up and the fluid started expanding, pressing the pads against the rotor.. it got to the point where i had to burn the clutch up and started spinning the tires to move

i think i have fixed the problem, but im just wondering if i should look for anything or do anything after this happened.. just as a precaution.

do you guys think i am fine, or should check anything, etc.

thanks!

oh yeah, forgot to mention, after this happened, it seems that sometimes the brake pedal is a bit stiff, but its not all of the time

What did you do to fix it? How much does brake fluid expand under heat? I though brake fluid had a characteristic of not expanding much under heat?

You sure you don't just have a frozen caliper or malfuntioning ABS pump?

the brake light switch pressed up against the pedal, i drove for about 5 miles, and then my car felt like it was loosing power, i pulled into a parts store and when i stopped to park, my brakes were almost fully stuck on, i was burning my clutch up in first and spinning the wheels.

after being in the parts store for a few min the brakes started working again and i pulled the switch out
