I'm looking at some of these conversion kits that use LS1 brakes off 98-02 F-Bodies. I wanted to know if the brakes on the 04 GTO are the same? They look darn close but I don't have a F-Body set to compare 1st hand...
I know they beefed them up for the LS2 GTO's in 05-06 & are not the same.

Never looked that close . . . but I believe they are different. The diameter of the rotors is the same.

They are both made by PBR . . .

I was thinking they are the same b/c the diameter of the rotors is the same & both come from PBR... Hmmm, may have to pull mine this weekend.
