what the proper way to adjusting these and setting them up?

I used my stockers to get them close, then from there went to an alignment shop and had them set the thrust angle.

Same here.

My rear end was a bit off with the stock stuff and the alignment shop got everything within spec again with the adjustable LCA and PHB.

I did auto aligments for over 30 years,
I like a little + on my thrust angle, and I pull stright
just my $.02' Johnny
