The best way to gain clearance with a 12 bolt is to fabricate a spacer from aluminum that goes between the saddle on the axle & the sway bar bushing mount. You need something about 1.5" wide x 4" long & 3/8" to 1/2" thick. Drill 2 holes in it to match the u-bolt. This should make it clear the LPW cover (depending on the height of your car) by lowering the bar. The lower you make the car, the closer the bar gets to the cover.
