Default 94 rear brakes vs WTF??

Okay so i am doing a spring/shock on my 94 t/a and i figured i would do the new rotors/brake pads i have while i have the tires off, now on the rears there seems to be an extra bracket and i cant figure out how to get it off so i can get the caliper off. Heres a couple pics of what i am talking about.

You loosen the top bolt and take the bolt out, the caliper swings down after that point. The bottom bolt is just for looks and is just a pivot point. I had to read the manual the first time I did the brakes.

Other then that you can take off the entire brake caliper bracket.

oh okay i tried to swing it down and it seems suck, just have to try harder. Also i have to find a 3/8 hex wrench for the front calipers.
