I absolutely hate the idea of cutting the stock springs...I actually prefer to use a torch and heat them until they melt.
As for shocks, I hear Monroe Sensatracs are the cat's meow. Another well kept secret is to get the shocks off of a Kia Rio...it is a direct swap onto an f-body, and we all know front wheel drive imports handle like tha BOMB!

you guys are having too much fun. On a serious note, if you have any questions about what you specifically want out of your suspension, I'd contact sam strano. He is a sponsor on here. Here is their site http://www.stranoparts.com/
That or you could just put it on lowering blocks haha

You guys are all silly
I wouldn't poke fun at everything that's been said in this thread. There's a lot of things in here that some people say happens, others say doesn't. Truth is most people that give the advice one way or the other don't really know. But then again I don't feel that forwarding the info along is such a bad thing. If we didn't do that, there'd be little to no advice given.
For instance do subframes really prevent the car flexing or no? Some people have said that when they jacked the corner of their car up before subframes, they got way more air before the other wheels came up. Some people just discount the idea totally.
