Default Update on KYB AGX shocks.

I thought I was happy with these shocks but it didn't take too many miles to be "not happy" with them. On the compression stroke it's way too soft, with a lowered car that's good. I set the dial all the way to number 8 and it's still too soft on the compression stroke, I thought 8 would make it as hard as hell on the compression but it's not. I re-installed the stock shocks for now, tomorrow the auto parts store will have two new ones for me to try. I can't believe I have two bad KYB's, which makes me believe all the KYB AGX 8 postion shocks are soft on the compression stroke. Anyone with an opinion on these shocks?

Al

Update, The second set came in today, I set the shocks at number 8 and compressed them by hand. The compression stroke was no better then the first set. Advance Auto refunded me my money.
