Pinion Angle and Hardware

Pinion Angle and Hardware Ok so I bought a body mounted torque arm from UMI w/ a magnetic angle finder. What should I set my pinion angle at? Also I didn't buy the hardware kit kinda forgot and I need to get this on as soon as it gets here and I know I need 9/16" size but what length and stuff?
With a hard link suspension you want about 1 degree down for
driveline angle. That is the difference between tranny pan and
pinion snout angles, keeping the finder in the same orientation.
You set this at the back (adj TA) when you are done with the
instant center positioning that would be done at the front end
of the arm, with the new body mount's adjusting holes (if any).
Front for bite, back for vibe.
