Looking to compare weights of the stock base Z28 front bar to the Strano 35mm. Looking for the lightest front sway bar possible.

Mine is heavier.... They are both hollow, and when you go from a 30mm hollow to a 35mm hollow you add some weight. It's about 2 lbs. more than a stock GM 32, so I'd say 3 more than a 30. Still lighter than any solid bar even 32's.

Sam, what do your front and rear sway bars weigh compared to a solid ront and rear BMR set?

Haven't weighed their bars specifically. A GM rear bar @ 19mm is about 5 pounds heavier than my 22mm rear. 7 less than a GM 23 rear bar (from a 3rd gen, same bar just bigger). My front bar is on the order of 12 pounds or so less than a solid 32 (they aren't all the same. My front bar is about 2 heavier than a GM hollow 32 (stock on SS, WS6, 1LE).

I'd say you are looking on the order of a pretty easy 15 pounds less with mine vs. a solid 32/21 combination.
