Torque arm setting and panhard for strip???

Default Torque arm setting and panhard for strip???

Does anyone know what i should have my torque arm and panhard rod set at for the best strip settings? i bought the car like it is and have no idea where to start! My brand is listed below. Also, what brands are the best?

The panhard rod is for centering your rear end. No need to adjust it at all once you have it set. Being that it was on the car, my guess is it's centered now.

The R/T torque arm - I'm at -2 right now and it seems to grab real well. However, every car is different, so you may have ot experiment. Nice car BTW, or at least a nice start in aftermarket suspension, especially with Koni's on it now. If you have it, try the car with the stock MAF vs. GMAF, you may like the way the car drives better with stock MAF.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm having some traction issues at the strip, and i'm wondering if that might be the problem or my shock settings.
