Default Autozone rotors OK.

There was some post awhile ago on autzone brake rotors and some people were happy with them, what do yall think about these rotors and what is the part #. Are there any other good rotors brands I can buy from a local autostore? I dont do lots of crazy braking but want somthing better than the stock brake rotors. THANX IN ADVANCE!

I have the autozone rotors on the rear and the Brembo's from The Tire Rack on the front.
Still have the stock pads as they didn't have too many miles on them. Works GREAT!!

I had them on the Formula. They worked much better than the factory disks (no warping). If you do get some, paint the centers before installing them though, they aren't painted there and tend to form surface rust quickly and look bad. The factory ones have some gray primer or something on the centers where the pads don't touch.

I got a set on the front, worked great and don't warp as easily. Yes! Paint the centers or they will rust to sh*t. After I installed the Autozone rotors I figured out my rear rotors were warped also do I just bought a set of drilled and slotted rotors.

Yep, the Aimco rotors from autozone work great. I painted mine and they looked great for a while. A Michigan winter killed the paint though.

I used them and they were fine for 6 months or so, then the warping started, and got worse. I found a company that sells drilled/slotted rotors for $250 a set, that all 4. They take brembo or auto specialty rotors and drill them. They look great and have been working great. Honez, who is on this board also has them. If you are intrested, send me an email and I will give you the #. They are not a sponsor here, so I don't want to offend anyone. www.bassil@epiparts.com . By the way, the company is in Long Beach off the 405 and cherry
