QA1 shocks will kill $300 of that budget.
Adjustable TQ arm will kill the other $400.

HAL R Series Adjustable Front Shock $189.99 X2 and (what about the springs) ?

400$ for adjustable torque arm i ssw this at speedinc. it's only 230$
UMI2205 UMI F-Body Transmission Mounted Adjustable Torque Arm $299.99

btw. what do think about this
(Rear Control Arms + Relocation Brackets + Panhard Bars +Subframe Connectors )
or
(Qa1 R Series Front Shock W/ 275 speins +Competition Engineering Rear Shocks w/stock springs )

I have question about the TQ my plan in the future the TH400 + 12bolt rear bolt
what i should do now ?
buying the TQ or forget it now??

I would do lower control arms(TCA001) and relocation brackets(CAB002) to help make the most of the tires you have. If you have any questions regarding out product line please feel free to ask.

lower control arms, lca relocation brackets, subframe connectors, and torque arm would be a great start. It's what I went with. If you are looking to drag and make this into the 11s I would definitely suggest a chassis mounted torque arm over the full length ones. That will set you back around 400. LCA and relocation brackets should set you back about 200 and sfc about 150.

might as well get it now. if you get a chassis mounted torque arm it doesn't really matter what transmission you have in there. I highly suggest the chassis mounted torque arm as apposed to the full length.

TH400 trannies are bullet proof but VERY heavy, which is not good for a drag car.

With $700? I'd lose weight out of the car. At 3500lbs, you've got a lot of stuff to get rid of, even on a daily driver.
