Brembo/Powerstop Slotted Rotors How do the Brembo slotted rotors compare to the PowerStop slotted rotors? My main concern is with warping, and how does the finish hold up. I have the Brembo blanks up front now and they work fine. This is for an appearance upgrade, but I dont want problems with warping or the hat area rusting. I know performance wise the blanks are the best, but I just want a little show with the rotors.

I was leaning towards the Brembo rotors, but I thought I read somewhere that they had issues with the plating not holding up and rusting (hat area).

If its about the look that your after, then not sure what to tell you. You have the blanks now and they work fine, so the only difference would be the slots, correct?

The hat area on the rotors look like crap(rust), and I actually like the look of the slotted rotors. I was thinking about painting the hat area black on my Brembo blanks, but I really like the look of the plated rotors and I think they would look good with my chrome ZR-1`s. I would like to find a rotor that will not warp (street only), and that will maintain its appearance. The slotted Brembo rotors actually look gold colored in the photos that I have seen, but Im not sure what they actually look like in person. Thanks for the reply`s!
