Default Help with lower control arms please!!!

Car - 93 Camaro Z28 - 165k miles on the body and suspension.

I can NOT get off the caster (vertical) bolt out of the cross member in the passenger side front control arm/A arm. It feels like it is seized to the inner bushing sleeve. I don't have access to a lift, but I have been heating it up and hammering on it and it won't move. I have no problem cutting up the inner sleeve - but I can't get a sawzall in there and my cut off wheel won't quite fit either.

Couple pics I took of my mess.

ttt... sorry, I need some advice on this one. I'm contemplating dropping the cross member all together, getting my cut off wheel, and hacking off the head of the bolt.

I just went through this myself when I replaced my K-member. I ended up cutting everything out with a sawzall and a cut-off wheel. Good luck...

Theres nowhere to pry on it. The bolt is seized to the sleeve.
