Default Do i have to jack up the entire car.....

I am installing a new set of springs and shocks on my car. I am in the middle of the install and I moving my way back to the rear springs. On the ls1howto article it was not clear to me if I jack up one side at a time or both. If it is both how will the car stop from rolling even with jack stands.Stupid question but I am really not stupid......

i jacked up both sides of the car (jackstands on either rear side and chocked the front wheels), removed lower shock bolts and kept a floorjack under the pumpkin. using the floorjack, i was able to get the shock bolts out (gotta get it at the right height where they just slide out easily) and then lower the axle as much as it would go in order to get the rear springs off their perches.

i'm thinking if you try to do one side at a time, the sway bar might prevent one side from extending enough to remove the springs.

Yep both sides at once, and chock the front wheels or put it on 4 jackstands.
