Question Strano Front sway bar install

Coming down the final stretch installing Sam's front/rear springs, Koni's & swaybars. Got everything in except the front bar. When I bolt the brackets up I get one side in but the other bracket seems to ride too far outboard on the bar to bolt into the frame. It rides a little on the curved part of the bar and ***** the bracket so the bolts won't line up with the frame mount. Was going to call Sam but was wondering if anyone else has run into this? (2000 T/A WS6)
Thanks All

I ran into the exact same problem. It was tight but it will fit with some persuasion. The bushings will be a little weird looking once you get in on, But I showed Sam some pics and he said it would be OK. The larger Diameter prevents the bar from having sharp enough bends in it to fit perfectly like the stock bar. If the bends were sharper, the bar would become pinched because its hollow.

You have to mount the brackets to the frame before installing the end links.
