which lca's to get???? which lower control arms should I get, the umi poly/rod lcas or the rod/rod lcas????????????? like the poly/rod for less noise, but the rod/rod for on car adjustablity. by the way mainly street/roadcoarse driven and once in a while the dragstrip the for the help
I think the general oppinion is Poly/Rod for DD , Rod/Rod For mostly strip, but I know some people that run Rod/Rod on their Mostly Street/Strip cars...it comes down to what can you put up with...UMI will help you out shot them a PM
Midwest Chassis makes a bad *** rod/rod that makes no noise form the rods. you get street noise. but none of that metal on metal noise like most rod/rod make. ( never heard a umi rod/rod. just know midwest makes no niose)
I like the Pavlock`s. Made from T-6 aircraft aluminum. Haven`t installed them yet, but haven`t heard of any complaints about them. Great looking stuff and very beefing looking/feeling.

it is mainly street driven and I am getting into roadracing more, that is the main thing it is used for. and once in awhile to the drags for fun but not serious. Also, noise does not concern me
Either item will work well for you. For the "best" performance and ease of adjustment (if needed) the double adjustable would be the choice. However seeing the car is street driven and if street driven a lot the poly/rod combo would best suit you, the poly end will absorb the road harshness.
