qa1 adjustment **** settings just installed some QA1 F-series front shocks and 275 springs tonight. How should I adjust the shock to the softest setting? All the way clockwise, or counter clockwise? I' think im thinking reverse of the + an -

the - is the softest the + is the hardest i can't wait to get mine in but did not know i needed QA1's springs for the front now i need to order two more springs.
