Default BMR bolt on relocation bracket install

I just received my bolt in relocation brackets from BMR today and decided I would go ahead and put them in. I didn't think it would take very long. WRONG!!!!!! I have a 12 bolt and the holes aren't close to lining up. Basically, I need help ASAP on a solution to this problem. I tried to get it to line up and just ended up scratching one of the relocation brackets pretty bad. Help will be greatly appreciated.

Also I realize that they say Spohn is the only replacement for the moser 12 bolt but my friend has a set of bmr bolt in relocation brackets on his moser 12 bolt, I just don't know how the people that installed it for him pulled it off.

I have the weld-on BMR brackets on my 12 bolt that went on without a problem. I'm sorry I don't have any experience with the bolt-on's. Give BMR a call and see what they have to say. If you can't get it worked out, you may consider welding them on. The weld-on's are much stronger and don't suffer from bolt stretch. I was at the track the other day with a guy that had his bolt-on's slip causing the rear tire to rub on one side.

heheh why didnt you buy the Spohn? You will probably need to do some grinding redrilling to line everything up...

I wish I would have now, but oh well. I know I have to do some redrilling I just don't know what I should drill? The part of the bracket where the lca's used to connect or at the shocks.

Slammed, you can drive the car without relocation brackets for the time-being. Obviously you won't have optimum traction and all, but it'll be fine to drive around. IMO, get the proper relocation brackets for the Moser and just use the stock attach points on the axle in the interim (a preferrably short interim).
