ok my rotors are warped and i am going to replace them with a set of cross drilled and slotted rotors
my question is what are the best brake pads of me,my car is a daily driver with a few trips to the drag strip each summer
i am looking for quiet and light dusting as i have TT2s and they are a pain to keep clean as it is
thanks for the help

Hey chef, I'm about to do my brakes too. After doing a bit of research, most suggested going with stock pads again. Everyone said they work very well for street use, and dust minimally, along with having pretty good pad life.

Hawk HPS work very well on the street. I installed them on a friends Mustang (I know, I know...lol) and bedded them in for him one day. THe next day he went to National Trails Raceway ("the Drag Strip") and told me he had to keep "driving to" the turn off points. He was already "stopped" and had a way to go...They seem rather dust free so far as well. Just my thoughts...
