I need front control arm bushing advice!!!!

The bushings need to be pressed out and also pressed back in. You may be able to get the old ones out with a torch. Either way, it is easier to just find a shop that will do it for a decent price.

when installing the new bushings, you can probably get two thick, large washers and a long bolt that fits the hole of the bushing, then just crank down on it with one washer on each side of the bushing socket to squeeze it in there. just use a tiny dab of lithium grease to help persuade the bushing to slide in a little easier, and take it slow.
