UMI suspension and others is the synthetic grease worth it?
I was looking at panhard bars and lower contrl arms on UMI's website and it gives you the following options, grease and rod end lubricant......can any normal grease be used or does it have to be these ones?
14oz Super Lube Synthetic Grease Tune (Poly)
Super Lube Synthetic Rod End Lubricant

The grease we supply/sell is a very heavy thick grease. It does not wash away with water very easily and heat does not break it down, this is why we sell it. Any chassis grease will work just fine, we do recommend a heavy marine based grease. The cheaper grease breaks into a liquid when hot and also is easily washed away with water.
If I can help anymore please ask. Thank you!

The product we offer for polyurethane bushing applications is the "Super Grease" that Prothane sells with all of there products. It comes in a 14oz. grease cartridge size tube so it lasts for ever. The part # would be 19-1751 and it lists for $19.95. The biggest thing with polyurethane bushing is to remember to use a FULL synthetic grease. Petroleum degrades polyurethane at a much higher rate and will lead to early bushing problems and eventually failure....
