Default C5 brake and wheel question

I posted this in the Wheels & Tires section as well. But no luck so far with an awnser.

Any one know if the 17x9 TTM's will clear the UMI C5 brake kit. I tried a search but no luck.

Thanks

I've heard you would need a spacer for them to fit, if you are talking about the entire conversion and not just calipers.

1/4" minimum is generally the answer for those wheels. Sometimes a touch more, but figure on longer studs and at least 1/4" of spacer.

Thanks. I guess I will be going with an 18inch wheel then. I like the way TTMs look but I don't think I will be using them.

You've got to be shitting me , I just sold all of my Chrome ZR1's to get the TTM in Anthracite but I did the C5 conversion using the UMI bracket but stock C5 brakes. Great!!
